Senior Lawyer
We are urgently looking for a skilled Senior Lawyer for our client!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze commercial law issues and provide solutions
- Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents
- Advise on compliance with national and international laws
- Represent the company in legal matters and negotiations
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports for management
Requirements:
- LL.M from a foreign university is a plus
- 3-5 years in law firm or 5 years in-house corporate experience
- Litigation experience is an advantage
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
