Lawyer
We are urgently looking for a skilled Lawyer for our client!
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and amend legal documents (contracts, agreements, policies)
- Stay updated on legal changes and ensure compliance with national and international laws
- Advise on internal policies, employee relations, and disputes
- Conduct legal research and provide reports to management
- Represent clients and mediate legal issues
Qualifications:
- Law degree (LL.B); LL.M from a foreign university is a plus
- 2-3 years’ experience in law firm or corporate legal role
- Strong communication skills in Azerbaijani & English (Russian is a plus)
- Excellent analytical and research abilities
