Business Support Coordinator



Responsibilities:
- Assistant tasks for the director, including, but not limited to, diary management, extensive email correspondence (writing and replying to emails on behalf of the Owner/Director) and organising meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations requested by Owner/Director
- Assist with all tasks for Business Development
- Organizing company events such as conventions, trade shows, conferences and etc
- Preparing reports from data entry tasks such as creating spreadsheets, updating databases, and compiling information from multiple sources
- Perform other duties as required

* Confident working alongside board-level executives and partners
* Uses initiative with minimal supervision
* Dedicated to the quality and accuracy of projects from inception to completion
* Can manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines
* Excellent organisational skills
* Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Ability to maintain accurate and precise records and to interpret and analyse a variety of data and resolve discrepancies.

Essential requirements:

* Educated to a degree level
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Competent with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
* Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
